Abstract: Hypertension is commonly know as High Blood Pressure, It is also called ‘A Silent Killer’ because  it develops without noticeable symptoms, yet quitly and relentlessly damage vital organs, it can go underected for a long period of time and leads to death. Most people have high blood pressure now a days but they often feel perfectly healthy while the condition significantly increases their risk of life- thretening wmergencies like heart attacks and strokes.
