Abstract: Post-menopausal osteoporosis is a common and preventable  health problem among women that increases the risk of fractures and reduces quality of life. Effective interventions such as health education, adequate intake of calcium and vitamin D, balanced nutrition, regular weight-bearing exercises, lifestyle modifications, early screening, and appropriate medical management play an important role in preventing and managing osteoporosis. Structured teaching programmes and continuous follow-up help improve knowledge and promote healthy practices among post-menopausal women. Therefore, comprehensive and timely interventions can reduce complications and support healthy ageing in post-menopausal women.
